What accessories come with the RSQ1 and how can I buy new ones?
The RSQ1 comes in a exclusive protective case that includes all accessories. The accessories are specific for use with the RSQ1 and using accessories other than those supplied by us may cause damage to the device or adversely affect the result of electrotherapy. In our shop on the website you will find an overview of the accessories and can send an order form.
How long does the RSQ1 last and how often should I replace accessories.
The RSQ1 has now been on the market for more than 10 years and almost all devices from the first series are still in active use. We have our own service and repair department which can carry out repairs.
Wear and tear of devices and accessories is of course related to the intensity of use. We recommend replacing electrode cables once a year and electrode pads once every six months.
How long does the RSQ1's battery last and what is its lifespan.
With average use, the battery lasts 6-8 hours. We see that after 3-4 years, the capacity of the battery starts to decrease, but still performs excellently. The RSQ1 can be used either separately with battery or with the adapter connected to the mains. Charging the battery can be done either separately or in the device.
What is the knowledge centre of the RSQ1?
The knowledge centre is an online information centre that RSQ1 customers can access. Here you can find all information such as the manual, guidelines and information document.
